Each piece of documentation must include:

The context, the date, your name, the child's first name and the child's age in years and months. Documentation of the child's interaction with the learning environment and others. Professional referenced reflections with each portion of the documentation reflected on identifying, the skill observed, a link to where the skill was demonstrated in the observation and be supported and justified with a reference to developmental milestones, or early childhood theory.

A link to an EYLF (v2) learning outcome and where relevant EYLF (v2) principles and practices. Three (3) follow-up planning possibilities. Make sure you reflect on the holistic development of the child.

Assessment Event 2 Part B 40% - Documentation Records (Total of 3 Experience Plans- 1 to be implemented during your assessor visit)

Use each of your three (3) pieces of documentation on which to base three (3) experience plans. Ensure all plans are reviewed by your workplace supervisor or room leader. You will prepare the materials and implement at least two (2) experiences for University Assignment Help during the 7 days at the workplace. One will be implemented during your assessor visit.

Ensure each plan meets the following criteria:

o A title of the experience which gives some detail as to what the experience is about and how you will introduce and implement it.

o A list of the materials required with a diagram or photo of the set up.
