Introduction

Design thinking in business innovation plays a critical role since it provides a structured problem-solving approach with the aim to develop innovative products, services, as well as advanced business models (Hehn et al., 2019). It has been noted that she has a huge fascination to consume tea and coffee. She is willing to try new things that add value to the innovation in the machine. It can be noted that the innovation can experience positive journey mapping of its users since the development of an app for the machine has enhanced the interaction with its users.

? Design: The lo-fi design will visualize the requirements of the users intending to provide the same experience to everyone. The hi-fi design reflects the efficiency of the product innovation that intends to provide an adequate end product to its target audience. The prototype of the product will represent the final design of the innovation.
